I ship via USPS and UPS. I shoot to ship all orders within 10 business days of purchase but not including holidays, weekends and family emergencies. This show is ran by one person and grace is appreciated as each item is made by me upon order.

All packages are shipped to the address provided at time of purchase. In the event your package is returned to me, new label can be generated for shipping. Invoice will be sent to email provided and will reship next business day upon successful payment. The customer is responsible for making sure your shipping address, apparel color chosen, and quantity are all axactly as you want before you complete your purchase. I am unable to make changes once order has been placed. Combining multiple orders is not permitted; In order to fulfill orders in a timely manner with respect to completing items as they come in.

Packages marked as delivered but have not been received are the customer’s responsibility to contact and submit a package search request with designated shipping company. Follow their missing package steps to obtain insurance coverage reimbursment. Your local post office can escalate an investigation on your behalf. DC Blanks and Designs is unable to track down packages for you and is not liable for packages once the tracking number is marked as delivered.

Packages that are lost by USPS will be replaced after 30 days of non-movement for domestic packages. We do not issue refunds on lost packages.
